Just In Case Options If we are unable to reach your recipient, we will proceed with the “Just In Case” option you selected

“Leave arrangement at door to be brought in ASAP”: Stems is no longer responsible for the condition of the arrangement. It is the recipient or senders responsibility to bring the flowers inside as quickly as possible to ensure the best possible quality control.

“Re-attempt delivery the next business day”: Stems will attempt to deliver the arrangement one more time. On the next business day OR on the day the recipient requests. The recipient must call us within 24 hours to set a specific delivery date.

Delivery Rates We offer flower delivery in Austin from Tuesday - Saturday. Delivery is attempted on the delivery date you select. Delivery pricing is based on distance from our local flower shop. Flower deliveries arrive between 12-5pm, depending on our delivery driver's route for the day.
