RETURN POLICY


Stems Shoppe Cancellation Policy Once we receive your order, we start preparing for it right away, sourcing flowers just for you! For this reason, we require 48 hours notice in advance of the pick-up/delivery date to cancel your flower order. Flower cancellations are eligible for store-credit only. Flower orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed (but not within the 48 hour pick-up/delivery date) are eligible for a full refund. 

A La Carte Cancellation Policy Due to special sourcing considerations, we require 4 weeks advanced notice to change or cancel pickup/delivery date for arrangements from our A’la Carte Menu. This does not guarantee the new desired date will be available.

Shoppe Refund/Replacement Policy If there is ever a question as to the quality of the product, we will gladly replace the arrangement for you, in select cases. However, claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be made after this period. Nor will refunds or replacements be made based on improper plant or flower care on the part of the recipient.
